To celebrate Dustin Hoffman's 80th birthday, we are giving away a special Dustin goody bag!

To mark the BFI’s celebration of Dustin Hoffman’s 80th birthday this year we’ve put together a fantastic goody bag that any cinephile will love!

Contents include:

  • A pair of tickets to part one and two of the BFI’s Dustin Hoffman season. As Dustin Hoffman, the versatile and ‘unlikely’ leading man, turns 80, we bring his best work back to the big screen. Highlights range from The Graduate to Tootsie, from Midnight Cowboy to Kramer vs. Kramer - booking opens 16 May.
  • A round of Dustin Hoffman themed cocktails (choose from a Mrs. Robinson to an I’m Walkin’ Here to a Watergate) for you and a friend, courtesy of our friends at honestfolk! Based at the Southbank Market, Honestfolk Cocktail Shack is a mobile bar service with an ever-evolving cocktail menu that changes every six weeks. Prize must be redeemed on any Friday throughout the BFI’s two-month season (June and July) between the times of 12pm-6pm. Needs to be booked in advance.
  • A copy of The Graduate by Charles Webb. Told with wry, deadpan humour, this brilliant anti-establishment fable was the basis for Mike Nichols’ acclaimed film starring Hoffman and is a classic of the 1960s counterculture. Want to find out more about Penguin Classics? Why not sign up to their newsletter?
  • A copy of a new poster for The Graduate — one of the most beloved American films of all time. StudioCanal are very proud to be celebrating the film’s 50th anniversary with a cinema release of a pristine new 4K restoration, including a two-week run at the BFI Southbank from 23 June as part of their Dustin Hoffman season. This will be followed by a brand new Special Edition DVD, Blu-ray and EST release on 24 July.

To be in with the chance of winning:

In 1967 Hoffman was nominated for an Academy Award for his role as Benjamin Braddock in The Graduate.

Email (with GRADUATE in the subject) with at least three other films Hoffman has been nominated for since then.

Competition closes on 25th May. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
